The 20th century building, just 50 metres from the sea, is set in a peaceful, residential area. Run by a young family, it is ideal for either short or long summer stays.

Whilst at the hotel you can enjoy a bar, private garden, satellite TV, air conditioning and double glazing.

The hotel also offers a fee of charge bike hire service on request.

All rooms include; a private bathroom with a bath or shower, TV with satellite channels, direct dial telephone, air conditioning and double glazing. The rooms are warm, comfortable and cosy. Of the 20 rooms, 14 have a beautiful sea view and of these, 10 have private terrace/balcony.

Bustling with activity in every season, an ideal weather even for the coldest one, the Song Festival and the Tenco Prize, the Chariot of Flowers parade, the fireworks world championship, the car Rally and the sea, make Sanremo a great place for a holiday or a short break, any time of the year.
The proximity of the city-bus station will make it really easy and fast to reach the centre of the famous city of the Italian Song Festival. Here strolling amongst colourfull shops; defying the blind Goddess at the local Casino, built in 1905; visiting the Russian Church and Villa Nobel, where the revered scientist lived, are only few of the possibilities. Tuesdays and Saturday will allow some bargain shopping at the local street market, where dozens of stalls sell everything from food to clothing.
The sea offers some of the best waves in the country for surfing and the usual breeze that accompanies the days makes sailing a perfect way to spend a time on the sea.

The area around Sanremo offers both the chance to enjoy the Mediterranean sea at its best, with the “European Blue Flag for cleanliness” beaches of Arma di Taggia and Bordighera and the possibility to take a trip into the regional history and culture. The ancient caves of the Balzi Rossi in Ventimiglia will take the visitor back to pre- historic times, with a journey of only 20 minutes. The old village of Apricale in the Nervia Valley, one of the most enchanting medieval villages of Italy, tells us how centuries of history have brought together influences from Liguria and Piedmont, today still very much present in the local culture and cuisine. The Roja Valley, also only a short journey from Sanremo, offers the visitor spectacular views onto the gorges formed by the Roja river, and it’s ideal for walks and excursions exploring the nature.
